Plant and Preserve: Hands on classes for growing, harvesting and preserving for self sufficiency from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays in July at the Darlington County Clemson Extension Office, 300 Russell Street. Participants can register for Classes individually for $40 per class or register for the series for $140. Master Gardeners can receive a $5 discount. Email Carmen for more details cketron@clemson.edu. In Person Class, Participants will receive detailed manuals, hands on experience of preserving product, and a light supper.
